I’m Anamul Islam, a Metro Detroit Realtor and real estate investor who is passionate about helping families find the right home, whether it’s their first purchase, a rental, or an investment property.

My family moved to Detroit when I was 11 years old, and this city has shaped who I am today. I graduated from Cass Technical High School, worked as a cook at Andiamo for several years, and later managed two gas station liquor stores while attending college full time. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and Network Management and went on to work as a Software Engineer at General Motors before following my true passion in real estate.

I bought my first investment property at age 26, a mobile home fix and flip in Madison Heights. I lost about $1,100 on that deal, but it turned out to be one of the best lessons of my life. It taught me how to hire and manage contractors, budget renovation costs, and evaluate future flips more carefully. Since then, I have continued to grow by purchasing my own home and acquiring multiple rental properties in Detroit, which I manage personally along with the rental properties owned by my family members. Managing these homes has given me hands-on experience with tenant relations, maintenance, and long-term property management.

Today, I bring those lessons to my clients. Whether you are buying your first home, selling your property, or looking to rent, I will be there every step of the way with honesty, transparency, and care. My background in technology and project management helps me stay organized and detail-oriented, while my experience as an investor allows me to negotiate strong deals and find true value for my clients.
